They do not manufacture their tuxedos, instead they purchase their formalwear from manufacturers throughout the United States who work with the best fashion designers in the industry such as Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Perry Ellis and many more.

Register Your Wedding Party

Registering your wedding is simple. Registering allows you to indicate who is in your wedding and what they'll be wearing plus all the important details we need to make your wedding look perfect. 

Step 1: Tell us your event name (grooms last name/brides last name), your address, email, phone number and the payment method. We also need to know your wedding date. Print and complete our Registration Form. Don't worry about highlighted sections. We will complete that portion after receiving the measurements forms. We need you to register at least 30 days prior to your wedding.

Step 2: Tell us who is in your wedding party. We need to know the name of each gentleman that will be renting a tuxedo.

Step 3: Decide what each gentleman is wearing. To view the selections visit www.jimsformalwear.com. Choose the build a tux function to customize your look! Indicate the style codes on your Registration Form. If everyone is wearing the same style, please indicate "same."

Step 4: Send each gentleman our Measurement Form. Each gentleman will need to be measured by a formalwear professional. This service is typical in our industry and usually done complimentary. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for measurements submitted from another established. We encourage you to have your measurements taken properly. We will also need their name, address, contact information and billing information. We accept Visa and Mastercard only. Each gentleman must submit their credit card information in case of lost or damaged items, regardless of who is responsible for payment. Make sure they complete the form in its entirety. We can not process orders unless a form of payment is provided and a signature is included.  Give them a due by date. We need all measurements at least 14 days prior to the wedding otherwise rush fees will be assessed.

Step 5: Instruct each of your gentlemen to submit their Measurement Form to us via fax at 435-655-3185 or email to tuxedos@whitecouture.com.
